Mixed feelings about this student housing. It is very affordable and located in the heart of Paris and is close to everything. Which makes it a precious spot in the context of Paris. However the infrastructure is completely decaying, clogged bathrooms, flooded fecal matter on the first floor is an annual occurrence, the windows are not isolated and all facing the peripherique (200 vehicules/min, trucks, motorcycles, ambulance and police sirens), which means not being able to sleep at night without isolating headphones, outdated appliances and with bad luck you might just get a room where heating doesn't work. The personnel rules with an unforgiving and disregarding iron fist, where the "Don't complain, Don't tell" philosophy keeps students quiet and silences any complaints, that anyways go unheard! I would not repeat this experience nor recommend it to anyone, but in Paris, beggars can not...

Il n'y a pas de mots qui puissent exprimer ma gratitude et mes émotions envers cette Maison. Auto-financée, cette maison au petit budget se fait des mains et des pieds pour se battre et rester debout indépendamment de l Etat libanais. Donc Chapeau !Il me semble la seule parmi toutes les autres à avoir ce côté familial, pédagogique, toujours à l'écoute et compréhensif envers ses résidents et résidentes!
