EN: the owners are "patissiere" one and "boulager" the other. This is why the quality of both breads and cakes is of very high level.
I can affirm that (imo) they offer the BEST Paris Brest I tried in paris. The cream is soft tasty and melt in your mouth.
Also their baguette tradition is among the best. And last (but not least) their galette de rois is A MA ZING. Obviously you have to be there in the right season (january/middle of february) but they won the 5th place in the best galette de paris for a good reason. Trust me.

I will have to give them one more try, and demand a fresh...

The puff pastry is amazingly light and crisp, the filling is not too sweet, and very smooth texture, melts in the mouth with very original almond flavor. The croissant and baguette tradition are good as well. Sunday afternoon is blessed with a long queue about 20 people, make sure you come at a less...
