14 Years of diving and I have never seen something like that! The boat was so full of divers that we did not have space to move. However, that was no so bad for me. The Capitan of the boat (I guess he is the owner of the diving) is rude and lout. I screamed like a beast in front of my faces just because, after the diving, while climbing the stairs from the water to come to the boat, I did not have the regulator in my mouth and I wanted to allow me to come on the boat. He wanted from me that I paid more money because I dove slightly deeper than 20 meters (I have the advanced level), as in my group there was an open water that could not go deeper. Even that screaming in front of all other divers. Of course, I did not pay any euro extra in the end. The worst happened to me once we have started the dive at 18m deep. A guy (I do not know who was he because he didn' introduce himself), who was doing the course to become dive master (I guess), came to me saying that I should pump my bcd to go up. After checking my depth: 19m (19 meters!!!!), I told him that I was fine. The crazy boy grabbed me with violence to put me 2 meters upper. Just crazy and dangerous (you never know how the people can react at this violent attack). The only nice person was Alexia, the dive master, who was always professional and nice. She told me that she was sorry for the behaviour of the others, but she was the only one who didn’t have excuse herself. The diving at Port Cross was really nice, even if they were so unprofessional. Patron exécrable, presque agressif, qui nous a sorti par grand vent sur un site sans rien a voir, et sans que nous ayons le choix de pouvoir annuler, il gardait l argent, pourtant force 7 et avis de grand vent et mer forte...horrible plongée et surtout dangereuse !!! à fuir absolument. Pour information inutile de me dénigrer ou m insulter de menteuse j etais Padi avant de passer l equivalence française alors arrêter les mensonges et insultes de suite.

Par ailleurs, concernant votre réponse, personnellement je n ai pas pu faire 2 plongees mon mari non plus, donc 4 au total, et vous avez refusé de me rembourser, si 8 personnes sur un groupe de plus de 20 ont plongé c est bien que les plongées étaient trop difficiles voire dangereuses, d ailleurs un plongeur a du être transporté a l hôpital pour accident de plongée ce jour la, il ne faut pas l'oublier. Pour autant vous avez encaissé le groupe au total !! J accepte volontiers le remboursement des 4 plongées pour moi et mon mari si vous êtes honnête. Bien sûr je ne manquerai pas de revenir sur le forum rapporter votre positionnement quand à ce remboursement. Cordialement.

Pour finir votre dernière réponse c est vous qui plaisantez il n'y a eu aucune bagarre sur place c'est absolument faux, c'est juste que vous avez refusé de rembourser les gens qui n'avaient pas plonge, sur une journée de 2 plongées non effectuée pour un groupe de 20 personne quand 8 seulement y vont l après-midi vous vous êtes fait votre beurre, normalement quand on ne consomme pas parce qu'on a peur ou que physiquement on est pas capable avec force 7 et avec un bateau catégorie C donc non adapté. évidement vous êtes le seul à avoir eu ce comportement de tous les clubs de plongée et ça fait 15 ans (padi avant cmass donc bien 15 ans contrairement à vos dires encore mensongers) qu on plonge tous. Mon mari ne vous a jamais touché, et les représentants du club ne vous ont jamais eu au téléphone pour éventuellement pouvoir annuler quoi que ce soit ils sont prêts à le confirmer comme ils l ont fait lundi dernier lors de notre réunion hebdomadaire au club. vous êtes de mauvaise foi mais l'amour de la plongée ne nous quitte pas pour autant. il y a d'autres clubs sur votre secteur très professionnel que nous recommandons vivement. et notre collègue ce n etait pas 1 simple malaise anodin il a été hospitalisé plusieurs jours et vous avez eu l horrible habitude de lui faire payer a lui et sa femme les plongées suivant son accident....

Ich muss kurz erklären warum ich diese Bewertung schreibe. Ich habe 2010 in Bali meinen PADI Open Water River gemacht und gleich beim ersten Tauchgang nach Abschluss bei einer tollen Schule, extrem schlechte Erfahrung mit einer Tauchbasis gemacht.

Seit diesem Tag hat mich das Tauchen zwar immer fasziniert, aber ich war nicht mehr tauchen, auch aus zeitlichen Gründen.

Jetzt war ich im August 2020 in Bormes les Mimosas und hat im Internet von einigen Tauchbasen dort gehört. So habe ich mich entschlossen nach 10 Jahren wieder mal tauchen zu gehen.

Ich habe mich für Adventure Bleu entschieden und muss sagen eine bessere Wahl hätte ich nicht treffen können. Ich dachte erst, oh Gott die nehmen mich bestimmt nicht mit, aber man hat sich sehr gut um mich gekümmert und mich ernst genommen.

Neben tollem Material, einem tollen Tauchboot und wirklich tollen Tauchplätzen ist es das Team um Eric das hervorragende Qualität bietet und sehr hohem professionellem Level arbeitet. Auch mit einem der 10 Jahre nicht getaucht ist!

Vom Check Die bis zur Nachbesprecheung alles super und sie haben mir wieder die Lust am tauchen zurückgeben.

Alle sprechen gut bis sehr gut englisch.

English A perfect team of professionals

I must briefly explain why I am writing this review. I did my PADI Open Water River in Bali in 2010 and had an extremely bad experience with a dive center on my first dive after graduating from a great school.

Since that day I have always been fascinated by diving, but I was not diving anymore, also due to time reasons.

Now I was in August 2020 in Bormes les Mimosas and heard about some dive centers there on the internet. So I decided to go diving again after 10 years.

I decided to go for Adventure Bleu and I have to say I couldn't have made a better choice. At first I thought, oh God, they would not take me with them, but they took good care of me and took me seriously.

Apart from great equipment, a great dive boat and really great dive sites, it is the team around Eric that offers excellent quality and works at a very high professional level. Even with one who has not dived for 10 years!

From the check up to the debriefing everything was great and they gave me back the fun to dive.
