N1 Steakhouse — Local services in Tbilisi

I found this restaurant by chance. So I decided to try it even though some reviews were not favourable and much were very favorable. So I had to judge myself.

Restaurant is quite small and just few tables but it's looks really nice and had a good intuition that I will have a nice dinner.

The door was opened by a very cute hostess Tamuna Who took my order and explained the menu for me. My order came as expected and as requested in sequence.

The Georgian meat is surprisingly the samr meat for all types of steaks. The only difference is the weight, type of cut and if it's hammered or not. 🤔🤔🤔

So fillet steak is same as NY steak same as fillet minion ... that's incredible !!!

So .. I got my fillet minion . Looks is good .. But cheese was not really nice . Steak was thick and juicy but it's not the texture of a real fillet minion. Tast was good to be fair . But next time will try the American imported steak they have .

Dessert .. choclate fondue was great.

Prices. Are moderate but for Georgia is higher than Average

But Tamuna was super sweet hostess but she needs to be at front of the restaurant not always in the back room!

I will come back soon to try another U.S....

The food here is actually quite good, but the service was very disappointing. I placed my order and waited for 30 minutes, only to be asked what I would like to order—as if I hadn’t already done so. When the food finally arrived, I asked about the drink I had also ordered, and was told it wasn’t available. Fair enough—I asked for a different drink, but they forgot that one too. I had to go and ask a third time before they finally brought it to me. By that point, my food had gone cold.

I don’t think the staff are bad people, but if you come alone, it really feels like no one cares about you. One of the waitresses was clearly sick—she could barely speak and was constantly coughing. I’m shocked that the management would allow someone in that condition to work. Maybe that’s why they forgot my order three times in a row. Another staff member seemed too busy with a large group to notice...

We all like some good steak, for that you need a nice place! But not this one.

The service is beyond bad, the waitresses (who Im sure are great people) look like they hate their life, you will not notice any emotions on their face, stone cold.

Me and my friend ordered two nice steaks (or so we thought) both requested as Medium Well, they brought two well done steaks and we all feel the same way about well done steaks, its a crime. When we showed the waitress she started to argue saying my friends steak had a touch of pink in the center so its officialy not well done, while mine had none. The shocking part was that there was no apology / remorse at all.

The chef is obviously not a chef.

Overall mood kill, when service is bad even if the food is good you can’t enjoy it. (not that the...
