Das Parkhaus P1 liegt sehr zentral und ist ideal, wenn man die Outletcity Metzingen besuchen möchte. Von dort aus sind viele Shops fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Einfahrt ist gut ausgeschildert, und auch im Inneren findet man sich dank klarer Markierungen gut zurecht.

Die Parkplätze sind sehr breit, was das Ein- und Aussteigen angenehm macht gerade bei vollen Einkaufstüten. Positiv ist auch die Sauberkeit des Parkhauses, sowohl im Parkbereich als auch in den Treppenhäusern und Aufzügen.

Die Parkgebühren sind für die Lage in Ordnung, könnten aber bei einem längeren Aufenthalt etwas günstiger sein. Es gibt aber auch Tagespauschalen, die fair sind.
