Around 1:55PM today, I was in the store and bought a Kombucha drinks, together I bought an empty bottle of Kombucha so that I could exchange it with the new one. Because, the last time that I bought from this store the cashier ask me if I have an empty bottle then that can be switch.
However, today, with this ill-mannered woman at the country, told me that the bottle should be brought "unten" with disgrunted face. This is just my second time to be gladly buy from this store and she was talking to me as if I was working for her. Thank God there is the old guy Personnel who gladly consider and respectfully take the empty bottle out from my hand.
This woman had a disfigured mood to me because the customer infront of me were greeted by her harmoniously. I was searching for her nameplate, but, I could not find it that she is wearing.
I am appaled that this kind of personnel working on the respected store. Embodied for a best Customer oriented service.
I would like to recommend that the staff should be relocated to the other branch. As such, it is an embarrassing act by working in this respected store.
