The Seaside Villas — Local services in Municipality of Sithonia

Beautiful beach but we were extremely disappointed with the interior. Small rooms, old and broken furniture, doors peeling, dirty toilets and stained tiles and lots of dirt in the shower cabin. Kitchen full of grease on doors and handles, even the fridge was dirty inside. Lots of cob cobwebs, the smell of sewage in the whole house and bathroom fans making a hellish noise

In short, on the first day I had to clean up myself also my other friends I was with and we were staying in 3 consecutive villas. I don't understand why so many praises for the host considering that when we told her that the houses were very dirty she just said she was sorry and that she would send someone in 4 days to clean. In the meantime we did it ourselves. Very high price for very poor quality inside. The access to the beach and the beautiful sunsets took away a bit of the upset but overall we felt cheated. Singurul avantaj al maisonettelor este proximitatea plajei si frumusetea naturii, deoarece casele sunt nejustificat de scumpe pentru nivelul slab de confort pe care il ofera si mirosul greu la care sunt expusi turistii. Am stat 8 nopti, impreuna cu 3 familii si am utilizat 3 vile, toate fiind intr-o stare avansata de uzura, mobilier defect si deteriorat, usi deformate si scorojite, bucatarie si ustensile murdare, paienjeni peste tot, miros insuportabil provenit din scurgerile bailor, ce nu a disparut nici dupa ce am dezinfectat. Camerele sunt de mici dimensiuni, mobilate preponderent cu paturi, ce sunt dotate cu saltele dure, unele inconfortabile. Gazda este aparent amabila dar total dezinteresata de problemele pe care i le-am sesizat si a trimis pe cineva la curatenie o singura data in 8 zile, desi i-am pus in vedere sa remedieze rapid mizeria gasita in prima zi de cazare. Concluzia este ca tariful perceput pentru inchiriere este imens pentru ceea ce se ofera, situatia vilelor fiind una deteriorare avansata si neingrijire totala, meritand maxim 1 stea. Aceasta locatie nu este una deloc recomandabila desi are o amplasare buna, langa plaja.

I stayed 8 nights, together with 3 families and used 3 villas, all of which were in an advanced state of wear, defective and damaged furniture, deformed and peeling doors, dirty kitchen and utensils, spiders everywhere, unbearable smell coming from the bathroom drains, which did not disappear even after we disinfected. The rooms are small, furnished mainly with beds, which are equipped with hard mattresses, some of which are uncomfortable. The host is apparently kind but totally not interested in solving the problems we noticed and sent someone to clean only once in 8 days, although we suggested that they quickly fix the mess found on the first day of accommodation. The conclusion is that the rental fee is huge for what is offered, the condition of the villas being one of advanced deterioration and total neglect, deserving a maximum of 1 star. Great townhouse in the heart of Nikiti! Maria is a wonderful host who will take great care of you. The accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely patio area with a garden and barbecue facilities. It’s located within walking distance of all the central bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and would definitely rent it again...
