Villa Miranda — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

Villa is located directly on the beach, you can literally see the sea from the chair, sitting on the terrace inside. Big space inside the yard also, big barbecue with two big tables fitting at lease 12 people. The beach right in front doesn’t have chairs on it which is perfect, not blocking the view, but if you’d like to sit on a chair there are chairs and umbrellas literally 20-30 m from the Villa. They also have a big parking space in the yard and in front of the Villa. The website is very well organised, listing availability and prices for all the months of the season when they are open. Both of the owners are very nice and kind. The apartments are big, plenty of space to bring the whole house with you if you fancy so. Kitchen has a stove, coffee pot, fridge, and all sorts of pots if you’d like to cook, cups, glasses and so on. There is also a table inside the kitchen that sits 4 people and it’s foldable, so it doesn’t take up space if you don’t use it and also there is a big table outside sitting 6 people. Very easy access, there are plenty of restaurants and terrasses in the area, shops, there’s a mini market literally right nest to the villa selling from ice and beverages to inflatables for swimming and so on. There are trucks passing by selling fruits so you can be at the beach and hearing them. Did I say there’s no need to wear anything else besides the swimming suit, the beach is literally 10 m from the location. At about 500 m from the villa there’s a local supermarket (2 floors) selling fresh fish/seafood, fruits and anything else you can think about. Port is a nice 10 min walk in the evening, plenty of clothing and souvenir shops in the area. We’re gonna go back one more time this year,...

Μείναμε στο κάτω διαμέρισμα αρχές Αυγούστου.Το διαμέρισμα σε κακή κατάσταση. Τα έπιπλα από την δεκαετία του 1980 με αρκετά τμήμα τους να έλειπαν Η κουζίνα μεγάλη αλλά σε κακή κατάσταση (έλειπαν κομμάτια από την εντοιχισμένο ψυγείο). Ο χώρος του διαμερίσματος θα έπρεπε να έχει κλιματιστικό στην σαλοκουζίνα . Υπάρχει ένα μικρό κλιματιστικό στο μικρό δωμάτιο το οποίο δεν μπορεί να δροσίσει όλο το διαμέρισμα. Στην σαλοκουζίνα υπήρχε ένας φορητός ανεμιστήρας αρκετά παλιός τον οποίος δεν τον καθάρισαν ποτέ. Ζήτησα να μου τον αλλάξουν και μου έφεραν έναν το ίδιο βρώμικο.Το ψυγείο αν και μεγάλο δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά η ψύξη . Το μπάνιο επικίνδυνο...η μπανιέρα μικρή με εσωτερικό Κάθισμα με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχεις ισορροπία κατά την διάρκεια του ντους. Ο ένας καναπές κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι βρώμικος και φθαρμένος με στρώμα το οποίο "βούλιαζε".ο δεύτερος καναπές λίγο καλύτερος αλλά μικρός. Το διαμέρισμα δεν το καθαρίζουν όταν τους ρώτησα γιατί και μου είπαν λόγω covid ????? Φυσικά ήρθαν την ίδια μέρα και το καθάρισαν. Τον σκουπιδοτενεκέ έξω από το διαμέρισμα μου είπαν ότι ούτε αυτόν τον αδειάζουν????? φυσικά και τον άδειασαν μετά την παρατήρηση μου. Αλλαγή σεντόνια πετσέτες (μείναμε 5 μέρες) δεν άλλαξαν ( την τρίτη ημέρα η σύζυγος μου ζήτησε πετσέτες και φυσικά μας έφεραν καθαρές). Χαρτί υγείας πρέπει να αγοράσετε... Τώρα για την τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική. Δυστυχώς όμως για εμάς οι έλλειψης του διαμερίσματος δεν μας "άφησαν" να χαλαρώσουμε στις διακοπές μας . Συγνώμη για τα σχόλια μου Θεοφιλε (αν και σου τα είπα και από κοντά) αλλά γράφοντας αυτά πιστεύω να βελτιώσεις αρκετά το διαμέρισμα διότι στην τοποθεσία πού...

Location is great: close enough to walk everywhere and parking is onsite. The beach is right in front. We loved it. It is not a luxury place, it can use some upkeep, but everything is there. Beds are comfortable and AC works fine. The small kitchen is very practical. Most importantly, the host is super friendly and helps with everything.
