The location is very good, the rooms are clean and well-maintained. Communication with Anna (the daughter) was excellent, as she speaks English, while Maria (the owner) does not. One downside is that the electricity in the rooms works with a magnetic card, which means that when you leave, everything switches off, including the air conditioning. During the hot summer days in Greece this can be quite uncomfortable, and devices such as phones and laptops often ran out of battery. The hosts are also strict about making sure the air conditioning is not left on when you are not in the room. As a family with two older children, we were also reminded at 10:00 p.m. to be quiet while sitting on the terrace with our parents, as silence is expected both at night and in the afternoon. However, babies in the property could often be heard crying from 7 a.m. Overall, it was not the kind of holiday experience we were looking for. P.S. Bring a mobile...

The place is awesome, we had a really good stay me and my family. The rooms are very clean, the service is excellent and the location can't be any better, not on the main road so not too much traffic but very close and you need less than 5 min walk to get to the beach. It has a nice seating area in the yard where you can have your coffee in the morning and watch your kids play. We are definitely going back...

Very beautiful holiday here. Nice room, new furniture, very close to the Nikiti beach, relatively close to the restaurants area (10-15 min walking), also relatively close to supermarkets (car needed).
