Sunset Nikiti — Restaurant in Municipality of Sithonia

Let me start with that- we’re here twice per year. Since this summer, the owner/tenant is new. Almost everything is renewed in really good way. But service… not good at all. I can use stronger words, but don’t get me started. So the problems briefly: When the order is made, single espresso with hot milk for my wife, I decide to get espresso for me too. There was no asking-clean or with milk ( in every other place I am asked, how to be the second espresso).So I got the same espresso with milk… We asked for brown sugar, they didn’t bring it. After I asked , they said of course and forgot about it. After second time, finally we got sugar… after some time. We ordered french fries, they brought us wedges. When I asked why not standard french fries-the answer was, currently we don’t have any other. You don’t give the customer substitute for order without notifying, you simply say, we are out of French fries, do you want wedges. For me, that’s a problem-the kid hates wedges. We ordered lemonade with no soda, but still water and no sugar ( my wife shouldn’t consume sugar), but with honey. They brought us lemonade made from lime and forgot about the honey… And again, you don’t change ingredients, without asking. And that’s main ingredient-lemon vs lime.

I guess is best to stick with bottled drinks, they can’t substitute nothing there.

I think, there is insufficient communication between waiters and bartenders. Waiters sends the order, but bartenders are messing up often. And I think there is a food and drinks delivery problem - key ingredients, food etc are absent.

The list can grow, but I don’t want to bother anyone with long reading.

The restaurant's decor and ambiance are inviting, but the service and the food are major disappointment. We had to wait 40 minutes for our drinks, which were served after our food arrived. The staff were rude and seemed uninterested in providing good service. It’s clear there’s potential here, but the slow and rude service overshadowed everything else. We won’t be coming back, and there’s definitely room for improvement....

Very nice beach bar, the music is not loud, the service is quick. There's a minimum consumption per a set of an umbrella and 2 sun loungers, but it was 25eu I think, which is easy to reach if you order something more than just a coffee (the frappe was 4.5eu).
