I have done 2 tour/transport with this agency:
Rio Dulce: they take you for one full day through the Rio Dulce. The Rio Dulce is really nice to do. However, this not really a tour, this lancha is more used as a taxi from Livingston to Rio Dulce. There are no real explanation about anything. It stops 15min in Agua Caliente, a stop where you can swim in hot water. There is also a small walk to do in a cave but you have to pay extra. Then, back on the lancha, the driver leaves you around 11am at the San Felipe castillo, where you will stay until 2pm (can be 2.30pm if the driver is late...) and basically the castle will take you 20-30min, then there is literally nothing to do... and then you are back with the lancha to Livingston around 4.30pm
Transport from Livingston to Flores: it costed me 300GTQ, the lancha leaves at 9.30am from Livingston (and thats when the driver offers to stop in agua caliente and the other spots that i got confirmation that the tour from the day before was not a tour at all) and you arrive at 11.30am at Rio Dulce. And then you have to wait until 3pm to get the bus. My bus picked me up with 2 hours late, and was so full that I had to spend the 4h trip on a jump seat. No confortable at all! I wrote to Reginaldo, asking for a compensation, and he just told me that next time i will pass by Livingston he will see how to compensate me. I told him that I was not going back (he could have arranged the driver to give me back some money for example) and then no response.
So based on my 2 days experience with Happy Fish, I do not recommend...

Sitting in a natural hot spring and swimming in a jungle river was amazing. Our guide Freddie was hilarious and taught us a lot about the nature all around us. We had a nice lunch and walked around a quaint town, returning to port with enough time to grab some souvenirs. ...
