This is the 4th time again I found my HITACHI ac leaking. (Leakage issues 3 times)
Dear viewers please note that my reviews about this traders are experience basis , I am not in any influence and genuinely reviewing their priduct. This is the 4th time I have trouble with a leaky product. Once I found their 1tonn ac leaking, again found another ac leaking outdoor unit. Then I purchased 2product which I found damaged. This is the third time I am facing same trouble. Replaced indoor unit of a hitachi 1.5 tonn ac indoor unit cooling coil leaking again. I am just wonerding why?
I purchased another split ac after my previous purchase. Surprisingly this time my indoor unit found to be damaged . Where the box of the unit was in intact and good condition and inside piece was damage. I just wonder how is it possible in such case. My time wasted. But yes owner again get into the picture and he took pain to get it changed. But RK Marketing always keeping my mind in a doubt that how come a damage and faulty indoor unit is delivered. Question mark???
If people are facing such issues repeatedly it may be a concern of taking a corrective action plan by dealer as well as maker.
I reduced their 2 stars again.
Note:This review I am giving after almost 1 year of purchasing of the second product.
Last update "This was the experience and review i experienced last time but the day Owner Mr. Rahul saw and replied for my review he immediately took action in hitachi and changed ac unit with new one with immediate effect. I really appreciate whole RK Marketing team effort for troubleshooting.

Quoted "Such a mistake of my life i purchased hitachi's split ac from rk marketing by the reference of one of their sales excecutive. I wanted to buy a daikin ac but as they dont do buisness in daikin their sales executive asked me to buy a hitachi product. As i knew hitchi itself is a good brand i agreed for it. I purchased 1 tonn 3star split invertor ac for my small room. Its cooling was not so satisfactory though in the begining itself i thought because it is 1 tonn.but around 40 days of its installation it stop cooling . I called customer care executive lot of phone calls here and there and technician told me that outdoor unit is leaky. I cant believe that hitachi and rk marking people asked me to uninstall outdoor unit and come to the dealer(normally in case of any fault in warranty time maker provide everything) and get your exchange anyways i did it considering the summer and urgency. But surprisingly just after 7 days of this new outdoor unit installation this problem occured again ,no cooling and same outdoor unit leaking from that internal coils(same issues as before) . May be these people having all faulty ac unit they are selling or it is a manufacturing defect , God knows what is root cause that both of the outdoor unit persists same leakage,but ultimately we 'customers ' are the one who are the sufferers. Apart of this during this communication of this trouble with the owner of rk marking Mr. Rahul said that he usually dont talk on phone with customer for this small issues his sales team look after it,"still i am helping you off the track".Ohh lord.. I was surprised to see such statement from a Buisnessman. Pasting your photographs with celebrity on the walls doesnt make you a big buisnessman. Your humble and accepting attitude with a close loop effective feedback system makes you perfect service provider.Its not simply selling groceries which doesnt have a tail feedback. A Anyways it was such disturbing experience for me but readers kindly make your own wise decision before buying product from here. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.And very important thing that i believe most of their reviews on google are not real. Shop says AC will be delivered at 11/11:30 later installation person calls and says please make it at 10:30. It's 12:45 PM and still they haven't yet delivered the AC. Pathetic after sales service. Also the people are so ignorant even after explaining them the situation that the house is not settled yet, no food no water still no humanity....
