Ordered fried rice , and some more stuff fried rice quality was so so , the rice was too thick , when I requested for shezwan sauce they were behaving as if have asked for their kidney , the makers were too rude, it was when I asked from the bill counter guy to give some extra chutney that's when the maker gave and rudely went to bill counter guy asking why to give extra sauce So much of drama just for extra sauce .

It was also very unhygienic we had gol gappe , there was a maker whose hand were full wet and water was dropping in the gol gappe water , itbwas looking very unhygienic .

Being from Mumbai even road side vendors there give far better service and experience .

On asking for dry puri since me and my wife were eating there , he gave only one puri putting meshed potato and some kala namak I asked give one for me also plz he said ek hi aata hai .

I would suggest them to increase there price but don't compromise with quality , hygiene and customer satisfaction.

Sharing experience of this outlet of bhagat halwai, Me and my friend went there, Ordered 2 DOSAs, chole bhature, chow Mein, food quality is 3rd class, even street side food is far better tasty and with lesser price than this. whatever oil they are using is being called waste cooking oil. Even Owner behavior is so rude, they treat their customers as they are distributing for free. Actually I mistakenly transferred to bhagat halwai through phonePe. When me and my friend went to his shop to get amount back transferred by mistake, Their owner told yes he has received the amount but our sales & purchases are matching with the total amount received on that day, so he denied to refund the amount, saying that "you did purchase something of that amount. So I asked in that case can you show us the bill Or token of what we purchased he said our system doesn't maintain the bill Or token. Then I understand that his intention is not to refund the amount, as he used to doing fraud with the customers, I simply told "you and your system are totally fraud and keep this money and if possible have feed to poor people.
