Rolls seem to be made of frozen parathas, not so good. Size of the chicken pieces in buckets seem to have reduced. The biryani is a hype, not good and pricey. Theres nothing special/unique about this place, same like any other KFC outlet.

I recently ordered 2 Spicy Zinger Burgers, which has always been our go-to choice and an all-time favorite. However, this time, the experience was extremely disappointing. What I received was not the Spicy Zinger Burger. The burgers had plain buns, no veggies, and only some sauce, a piece of chicken, and a couple of lettuce leaves. There was no spice, no proper filling — completely missing the signature taste and quality we expect from KFC. This is not just a minor issue — it reflects poor quality control and negligence in fulfilling orders. When customers choose a trusted brand like KFC, we expect consistency and value for money, not a careless assembly of random ingredients.

Customer is asking about the order, staff is clueless. Customer is asking to clean the table, staff is not responding, even after multiple requests from customer. Serving almost cold food to the customer. Worst part is their washroom which will beat any roadside public washroom available in Bengaluru in terms of being stinky and unhygienic. Only good part was AC works fine in terms of cooling.

I'm a delivery partner who's extremely frustrated with the recent experience I had with order ID 5862. I waited for over 25 minutes with no response from the restaurant, which led to a huge delay. As a delivery partner, I don't receive a monthly salary; my earnings are based on each order. Delays like this not only affect my reputation but also my livelihood.

When customers are unhappy due to delays, they often take it out on us delivery partners, which isn't fair. If restaurants can't fulfill orders on time, it's better to unlink with Zomato to avoid disappointing customers and wasting delivery partners' time. This would help maintain the platform's standards and ensure a smoother experience for everyone involved.

The first major eatery one can notice on Bannerughatta road entering Bangalore from Nice road is this KFC. Parking is very limited and it could stall the Traffic if vehicles are not parked properly. Service found very good. Food tasted good as well. Comfy seating, temperature maintained well.

Found everyone leaving the table after eating without taking the boxes to dustbin or to trash bin. Its a small thing we as customers can help in keeping our neighborhood healthy and it also helps the store guys to be more productive, so let's inculcate this, teach your kids to do it, these kind of teaching will definitely take ur kids to good place, trust me.

Request: You are responsible for your Actions. Be mindful, kids observe and pick the wrong stuff...
