Just purchased a Hero Sprint Reaction 27.5 from Cycle World, Kengeri today. Mr. Vikas (the man at the counter) was very hospitable and explained all the details before recommending this cycle for me. The deal which he gave was better than 4 nearby showrooms which I had also visited. The store houses almost all reputed brands (Indian - Hero, Hercules, 91cycles; Imported) including eCycles. A must visit for cycling enthusiasts. Wishing all the best to Mr. Vikas and his team at Cycle World, Kengeri!!

The sales guys Abhishek and Manoj mechanic Waseem are too good have good knowledge of bycycle and though i didn't ask for accessories they provide what is needed, good collection of models, even if it's not available they arrenge with in no time, prompt in delivery.

Hats off to these guys, Although I was very skeptical of visiting this place in the beginning. But, it was worth every penny spent on bike at this place. I have a customized btwin hybrid cycle. I had a gear trouble issue which cannot be resolved, reason being a local product fixed by a person in gouripalya. 🔧 But these guys fixed it for me and it's in a workable condition with 2 locked gears out of 6 of them. Tyres changed to ralson mountain tyres and it's the smoothest thing ever. Now, I can do peaceful cycling for 1500kms, avg of 15km per day with perfect sunrise view in turehalli forest. Thanks to the cycle world and appreciate the staff and Especially ARUN and The Mechanic " Such a customer service ". FYI - these guys are operational for about two months and already kicking in...

Arrogant Staff- Vikas I'm quite astonished to see so many 5star reviews here. I visited this place to scout for a bicycle and had few latest Firefox cycles in my mind. But when I visited the showroom, I couldn't find any of the latest bikes and also Mr. Vikas was least interested in helping me to chose the bicycle. I wouldn't recommend this shop and please visit other cycle showrooms too and verify you're getting the right discounts and on latest models. I strongly feel the 5 star reviews here are enforced by the seller in exchange for discount. I did visit your showroom. Treat ur customers the right way first. I wish you had spent the amount of time u have spent on commenting here on showing me the cycles...

Better can try others branches of cycle world where as stores in hp nagar they good atmosphere and well disciplined staff here but staff's here very arrogant and discriminating,worst sales...
