Had been to this location for a family function. There is a party hall located on the 2nd floor which can seat a few guests. I have never bee to a place that has such bad service. the staff are not bothered to do their job. the management promise something during booking & on the day of the function do something else & ask the customer to adjust as their hands are tied.

The never turn on the AC (you cannot stay inside without AC as there are no windows or fans & people will feel suffocated due to this) & state that this is due to maintenance

the toilets are a mess & the stink can be smelt at the lobby.

cleanliness is not present in the dictionary of this hotel as you can get a preview near the basement parking lift entrance

food is not served according to that promised quantity

the speed of service is equally bad. a tortoise serves faster

there is no water provided for the guests & after repeated requests water is provided but without cups

refreshments are provided are provided But there is no one to serve

even though the lift is working The security guard directs customers to use the stairs stating that is lift isn't working (basement to the second floor is five floors -2, -1, G, 1 and 2)

Will never recommend this...

Hotel is just above Bus stand. Surrounding is not good. Hotel is on 2nd Floor. Hotel is well maintained and clean. Reception area is neat. Staff is polite and cooperative.

Food quality is good. We get a coupon for breakfast at restaurant at ground floor, this restaurant is common for bus stand passengers and hotel tourists. Restaurant is average.

Suggestions - WiFi at room is very weak, so not useful Room cleaning, sanitization could have been better. Should consider to provide free Toiletries, 1 Mineral water bottle every day.

Very bad experience, room was too small and very bad service. We booked through OYO and paid the amount in advance. Till they demand for extra money at the time check in.

Parking was not structured. Very limited option for breakfast.

Dont book this property, with other positive reviews. You will trapped with it, as we trapped by the same. I tried to upload a video taken, but google dont have option to upload the video.

1 Star, given, dont option rate in minus. Reception area seems to be 3 star property. Dont book with by that or images shown in internet.
