Horrible customer service.. Very arrogant response. " I don't care if you have a problem with cycle. I am sure my company cycles are the best ". "You should have checked it before buying " " mind your words"
We got a kids cycle a week back and found the tubeless tyres vobling on the same day. We didnt even remove the cover and hence went to ask for a replacement with tube tyres if possible. It was one week but untouched by anyone.
The owner was rising his voice from the beginning as his only motive appeared not to entertain exchange. He tried to justify with some silly cause that one year old cycle can also look new and He wouldn't exchange even if we come back 1 hr after sale.
Finally he agreed to replace the tubeless tyres with tube tyre without charge and he sounded as if he is doing a big favour.
I walked away as we don't want to create a bad scene especially in front of my kid.
I was prepared for his denial of exchange but didn't expect his way of treating customers.
In response to your comment below Glad that you have a CCTV footage and it would explain the exact scene happened over there. Can you please post it in social media and the viewers tell us the verdict ?
The moment you said no exchange i asked for alternate solution and you said you will replace with free of cost which i am not interested. if you are so confident on your product , why will you oblige to give me tyre Free of cost ?
I agreed for no warranty when i bought the cycle because i am very sure i wouldn't want to come for service to you as its a bit far from my home and kids cycle is not a rocket science that only manufacturer could repair. you have not technically disproven me that there is no wobbling but showed a 22k cycle and said this also has shaky tyre ( Refer CCTV footage) . BTW, i got the cycle fixed at a nearby shop and its fine without wobbling for the same tubeless tyres.
Thanks to you! i have learnt something which you failed to Listen, Fix & Learn!

When questioned about quality ...Of the tubes.(as I come from technical background). not so good response from one of the owner. I didn't like that response and it was sounding like "IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BUY .. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER SHOP.!!" Also the prices are high .... Please remember , we are customers and treat us fairly...

Just because I started asking real questions related to quality of the product being sold as I have all the right to ask...the ball was thrown on my court. Thank you again for the response. One final comment before i close, the word "EGO" is used extensively in your comments and that can only be possible by a Egoistic person!!. Your egoistic behavior triggered me to initiate this review. Just because you got 2 star you are hurt... think from other side how you hurt the customers (After sales or any other transaction). Just because a customer gives you 4 or 5 star while purchasing a product does not mean he is happy, he will come to know the real behaviors after sales. Read moreExtremely horrible attitude by the manager or the shop owner. + Price is steep coz it has account for the rent. Better to see the model in the shop and buy it online for cheaper Price. More than 1K is what you can save.
And the owner's response to this feedback reflects his attitude think how it will be when we visit his shop. I visited looking at google reviews and definitely ratings was as high as RR Cycles Koramangala and cycle world in EC/Jayanagar but it looks like many review and rating would be paid reviews.
Anyway 100+ shops who sell cycles in Bangalore & I got the same model which I saw at this shop for 5700/- which was actually quoted around ~7500/- at this shop.
