Worst place to buy a cycle and repair a cycle because: click see more to read full. initially when I went to buy a cycle they told a price of INR 25,000 for INR19000 cycle. When I checked online they were like sorry saying they made a mistake.

they told the cycle is the best until today there wasn't a single problem with the brand but within one week the cycle pedal broke. When enquired he quoted the price of INR 800 for pedal. But you can get better pedals at decathlon for just 299.

during a rim Change for one of my other cycle he said to me one day delivery and he took 3 days. When I call he would give random reasons and being store owner he would give give phone to mechanic to talk. The mechanic is completely unprofessional guy. And changed price from 700 when equired to 1000 when made bill.

whenever there is issue from the cycles. To escape from responsibility, the store owner says he is just a manager, owner is different so he would not be able to help us.(this info was given by one of there employees)

while buying the cycle he had told me free servicing will be there. But when enquired recently he said i can't utilise it because the free service can be used only within first three months. And when I asked how I could have done it as there was lock down on whole country. He said it's not his problem. He said he could have given 1 month grace period. But my cycle was only 4 months 14 days old. Instead of all this he could just offered one free service for a regular costumer. Also other cycle shops offer 1 year to utilise your free service.

lastly when I went for change of tube as there was puncture. First they agreed to put patcj then after few minutes without even checking how big the puncture is. they declined to put patch and told I have to buy new tube. I agreed when asked for price he told INR 350 and 50 rupees fitting charge, I agreed. He went to check stock and came back saying that 350rs is for different tube dimensions. But for my tube he told it will cost INR 500+50. Which was totally up professional thing to do. And for you information same dimension tube at decathlon is just INR 199. So got it fitted there.

Finally, If you ask me you can still by cycle there by checking online prices.(choose your own cycle and don't take there recommendation of which is good cycle) but for repair and service definitely it's the worst place.

Purchased a Hero Sprint 26 here, 6 months back... Great bike, loved it.. have been using it daily and it supports evere terrain.. there are many options in the showroom.. bikes for kids from kids of 5 to adults.. mtbs, electrics to fat bikes.. many accessories available at the store..

But, Service is too poor.. the service guy is arrogant.. guys, it is always a belief that "Showrooms provide better service that local cycle shops", but its not true here... The service guy's hands are always greasy, and he does service in a clumsy manner, though your cycle is new or old... and my bike is Neon green color, and as you guys know its hard to maintain that color from dirt..

Other staff is good, service guy is a porblem.. demands for extra money, behind the staff's back..

Its alright to buy a cycle here, but be careful here if you go for service.. make sure you keep a close look on...
