Aggarwal Sweets — Local services in Delhi

I am local resident of Nehru Nagar went to this shop for eating chole bhature & it have been consistently disappointing due to the rude and disrespectful behavior of the person serving chole bhature and the cashier. He serve chole that are mostly gravy or water, or jab mene usse chole thode gade gade dalne ko kaha to he denied and replied aisa hi milega lena hai to le, just like i am a begger and by serving he is doing a favour to me. Bro I'm paying for that and to be in service you have be polite and courteous, but he is like mai tere pe aihasaan krr rha hu

This isn't just a one-time issue. Even when i once tried to buy chole separately for my home, he packed the same type chole watery gravy and when i point out this i received a similar rude reply with mannerless behavior.

All workers exhibit similar disrespectful behavior. However the person serving golgappe is polite and courteous.

There seems to be no avenue for complaint kyuki sare hi worker vaha noker hai and having same kind of behaviour even on billing counter (he is also very arrogant and have same kind of attitude and way of talking), owner nhi baith ta vha, to kisse complaint kr nhi skte

If the owner is reading this, I strongly urge to remove the disrespectful individuals particularly the one (very traceable) handling chole bhature/ breadpakode/ samose as well as the cashier/ counter person who looks senor looking although have same mannerless behavior and attitude. Extremely unhygienic and zero customer satisfaction. I had bought sweets and they pick the sweets with bare hands . Along with this I bought 3 plate kachori, they had plastic containers for packaging the gravy, but they serve you in those not so safe low grade plastic bag , if you demand for extra sabji this is what they say to the customer" itne me koi bi kalega,aur mat mango". The Allo sabzi contains more water and no potatoes. They take customers for granted . I would not suggest anyone to drop into this particular store at Nehru Nagar.

The sweets of this shop are very tasty. Specially the Rasmalai. It is just awesome. It comes in a mitti kulhar katori having 5-6 grape sized sweets in it. And also the rate is quite genuine only Rs 40.

Other sweets of this Aggarwal Sweets are also good.
