Okay, so this place was going to be a 3* before our last night there. Then it turned to a 2*. We booked this place last-minute because another place we were in was not great. The management literally lent me 145 rupees to pay for our cab when we hadn't yet exchanged money yet, so that was amazing. We were happy with the room when we first arrived because it was so much better than the other low-quality place we were at. However, we just had problems from there. The AC was super finicky and would go out many times. We even came back to the hotel once and it had flooded our entire floor near the bathroom/kitchen area. We had to wear sandals/shoes the entire time inside the room and dragged water everywhere. Not pleasant. We asked them if we could change rooms and they said they were all full and couldn't switch our room. We also had the power go out a few times while we were in the city. NO HOT WATER for any of our showers. The last night (Saturday night), a new guest checked in and had a party. They had INCREDIBLY loud music and loud talking and drinking going on. It wouldn't have been completely terrible if it stopped at 10pm (usually a normal noise curfew time), but they didn't even get into the room until 1am. We immediately were worked up and completely disturbed from our sleep. It went on over a half hour before me with all my Karen attitude, marched down to the front desk and pulled out the b*tch. The management said "they will be done at 4am" (referring to the party- I am SURE the new guest was a friend of the hotel). They also offered to switch our room, but I was so exhausted, I couldn't get myself to move my stuff in the middle of the night because someone else was having a party. The management said they would call the guest and the music finally turned off (or turned low enough we couldn't hear through our earplugs anymore) around 230. Basically the biggest redeeming factor of this hotel was the location. It was RIGHT next to Vanoba Puri Metro station, which was a huge lifesaver for us getting around the city. It was incredibly cheap and took about 35-40 mins to get to Lal Quila (Red Fort and Chandni Chowk station). If you aren't looking for modern comforts, but good location, this may be the place for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere. We were there 3 nights. (Reviewer from USA)

Worst experienced. 1.) First they gave room late. They told check-in time is 12. Same time they were giving room to others who booked directly. 2.)They gave one room, Room condition was pathetic. Specially bathroom with broken flush, no light very dark, toilet was not clean (and when we ask to clean, they said it's clean finally they did.) 3.) water was coming from both shower and tap. I don't understand of having two with no use. People can't take bath๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ No hot water (all big issue this is small) 4.)We asked thousand time to change room and they simply arguing , that what is the issue with that. Everything is OK. I am sharing all pictures. Please see and then tell what is the issue. 5.) Room was smelling because seepage on wall. 6.) Room light was also not working. 7.)Finally they changed room after lots of arguments. That room was also not good but atleast better than first one. They told that room was under renovation then who asked you to take booking. 8.)For one night we asked for one extra bed. And they said they charge 1000. We called our brother for 8hrs and then they said. Pay 1500๐Ÿ˜‚ we paid only 1000. 9.) one day before, when we called to reception for something, they told. That we will check -out today. We told. Booking was for 3days.you don't have record of your guest, they simply started arguing without checking ๐Ÿคฃ Are you guys crazy?Don't run hotel with unprofessional attitude. They just irritate guest. Please see all attached pictures and then say no issue. Give small room with all facilities instead of giving unhygienic room.

The worst hotel I have been in my life. It is very dirty, broken and has a bad smell, it is not acceptable to rent rooms in that state and at that price. They call Luxury Rooms to rooms in deplorable conditions, I have never seen anything like it. They changed our room up to 3 times trying to find a halfway acceptable one but they are all terrible, everything is very dirty and the common areas too. The staff is very young and the treatment leaves much to be desired. There is no hot water, they do not provide toilet paper, they only give you an old towel for a double room, not even asking for one more did they give it to us, they put 2 single beds together with a single duvet on one of them placed horizontally and it was short. The rooms do not have a refrigerator, they have been removed, they smell horrible from the pipes, everything is disgusting. This hotel is to be torn down. When paying, they did not want to give us an invoice, which I have yet to complain about. Everything is embarrassing, don't even think about going, for that price there are many other options.

I would request to have discovered this online , to please read my review and not book it. Would have given it zero stars if I could. I'm only wasting my time here to warn others about this scam of a hotel, so they don't have to suffer like my family did.

So, this was supposed to be a family stay with my elderly parents. Let me break down this nightmare:

No Geyser: They mentioned in the amenities having a geyser, but guess what? No geyser. When we asked for hot water, they said Delhi's July weather is warm enough. Seriously?! That's their reason? My dad's health requires hot water, but they couldn't care less.

Disgusting Breakfast: Complimentary breakfast, they said. After multiple calls, an unprofessional service guy finally shows up, demanding money for breakfast. When we refused to pay, he vanished for 40 minutes and returned with cold parathas, chole in flimsy disposables, and chai in paper cups, clearly from a street vendor. Pathetic!

No Wi-Fi: Asked for the Wi-Fi password multiple times, only to be given the wrong one. The reception guy admitted he didn't know the correct password and promised to get back to me. But expectedly: he never did and I gave up.

Water Flow Issues: The bathroom taps had terrible water flow. A service guy blamed us and joked on not knowing how to turn on taps.

No Bucket and Mug: Despite numerous requests for a bucket and mug since check-in, we never got them. Not once.

No Bathroom Tissues: Youโ€™re on your own here.

No Room Key: If you need to leave your room, you have to inform the receptionist every time. They use a master smart key card to open all rooms. You get it, open your door, then return it. Is this how you run a hotel?

Rude Receptionist: When checking out, I politely expressed my disappointment despite the suffering my elderly parents endured. The receptionist didn't apologize; she blamed us, saying we checked in late. The hotel owner must teach her that hotels are supposed to operate โ€˜24/7โ€™

Oyo needs to take action against this place. It's dragging down the chain's reputation. Oyo Townhouses used to mean something, but not...
