Minus 30 - Gelato Ice Cream — Local services in Delhi

I’m writing to express my frustration with the repeated poor condition of your ice creams delivered via Swiggy. Almost every time we place an order, the product arrives broken, leaking, and completely out of shape. This issue is especially frequent with the Coconut flavor, which has become so unreliable that we’ve stopped ordering it altogether.

It’s extremely disappointing to receive a premium product in such a state, especially when we expect Minus 30 to uphold quality standards. If cold chain logistics cannot be maintained through delivery platforms like Swiggy, why continue to sell through them? It reflects poorly on your brand and gives customers a negative experience.

Adding to this frustration is the fact that there’s no option to leave a review on your website. This gives the impression that you’re filtering feedback and only showing selective reviews, which feels disingenuous.

It’s a pity that a company having great Icecream’s do not have a great sales team. The one star is for the good quality icecream, the only positive part of my whole ordering process. Placed an online order on 18th and received it on 21st (whilst having outlets in gurgaon itself) and the delivery happened in 4 days after repeated multiple reminders and requests ( I was promised same day delivery ) Utterly disgusted with a very callous attitude of one Mr Sanjay and his subordinates. The company has big problems with delivery and service. I made an order on the site at 7 pm (it’s good that I didn’t pay). A confirmation with a number was sent to your email. I wrote to the operator in whatsapp that I need to receive the order before 12 morning. The operator wrote ok. The next day at 11:55 I write to the operator, where is my order? And the operator writes that it will be before 1pm, the delivery is stuck in a traffic. I am sure that no one even sent this order, because the driver calls and warns that he will arrive soon.
