The worst experience I have ever had. I ordered a pineapple eggless cake through zomato. And the cake was disgusting, as if someone had taken off their glove, and pushed their finger into it. The pineapple puree that was meant to cover the whole top of the cake had a suspicious hole, and the cake seemed a little pushed inside. First of all, the message was written incorrectly, and that is still okay. When I called the place for another cake, instead of listening to me, they starting arguing with me, in a clearly stern voice, absolutely refusing to listen to my opinion. They even went ahead and blamed the poor delivery person, accusing him of damaging the cake before handing it over to us. That was clearly untrue, since the top of the box had not puree on it whatsoever. Anyways, I just left the call, and decided to pay the visit myself, where I was met by the counter boy, Deepak, who told me that there may be a possibility that something may have fallen on the cake, and the person preparing it would have removed it, which is very unsafe to serve cake like this. He even had the audacity to tell me, 'aise bhais karne ki zarurat nahi hai' (there is no reason to argue like this) which was, to say the least, appalling. This was in baani square, Gurgaon by the way, and I spent a whole hour there, after which I got annoyed, and ordered the cake from somewhere else instead. The only reason I gave a one star is because there is not option for zero or negative stars, which I absolutely would have done if there was the opportunity. In conclusion, I would suggest ordering from somewhere else, because something like this could happen...
