Nathu Sweets — Restaurant in Delhi

Believe me the location where this outlet has been opened is extremely barren. The place where this outlet is now had literally nothing to eat and sit and relax with family and friends. So first of all my sincere thanks to the management for choosing such a location to open this outlet. It has made the whole place alive and all the companies in the nearby location can come and have clean hygienic affordable and sumptuous lunch and treats. Absolutely no issue of parking since it is not in a busy area so one can easily find a parking. I liked the following things about the outlet : #layout and design it perfect. In the ground floor just after entering one can have a full of full range of sweets, cakes, snacks and the billing counter is at the corner with sitting space for at least 6 people. #on the first floor is the restaurant which has buffet as well as alacarte menu offering Chinese, North Indian and South Indian menu. #More so one can order or pay in the ground floor or the 1st floor. Your order can reach to your table without 30 mins. This is what they promise. #cutlery, food, ambience, sitting space all look so fresh, clean and hygienic, what else one need more. #i even liked the attitude and service nature of the Bus boys, waiters, billing staff and cleaning staff. #last but not the least, great variety to chose from. We have bought order from Nathus twice and first time has it been bought on 22nd October on the occasion of our CEO's birthday when he cut the cake, we found that cake was stale and sour in taste. Whole birthday has been spoiled. Again our colleague bought 03 cakes from Nathus yesterday unfortunately, it has spoiled our bike delivery ceremony and again cake was sour in taste and stale. Simultaneously we have called to them but we could not receive any positive response when we had sent our colleague for replacing the cake they would have closed their outlet and they did not bother themselves for waiting.
