Gopala Bakery — Restaurant in Delhi

I had a terrible experience at Gopala Sweets in Okhla, and it only got worse when I tried to bring it to their attention. I ordered Pyaz Kachauri and requested khatti meethi chutney instead of the usual hari chutney. The staff rudely refused, saying that khatti meethi chutney is only available with samosas. Even when I offered to pay extra, they refused and were completely unhelpful and rude.

I filed a complaint via email, hoping for a resolution, but it’s been 15 days, and I have received no response. The lack of customer service and concern for feedback is shocking. This is not how customers should be treated, especially when all I was asking for was a simple request, for which I was ready to pay.

I won’t be returning to Gopala Sweets, and I would recommend others avoid it if they care about good customer service. Very disappointing...
