Most unprofessional people .I fixed up an online appointment with them 5 days back for my son's covaxin 2nd dose and online it was mentioned slot till 4:30 then on Friday these people called me that since there is so much of rush on sat they asked me to visit in Friday itself .I told them since am working I can't come before sat then on sat again they called me at 2:20 saying come within ten minutes otherwise no vaccination so I was very upset as schools are opening from monday and wanted the second dose to be done today itself andso they connected me some senior and senior said come by 3 we will get it done I took half dy from my office picked up my son from home.meabwhile again I rcvd call from them that are you coming I told.them if itcant be done today let me know as I was on my way they said no pls come so I was there by 2:55 again I rcvd a call when I was outside their gate that no vaccination can be done today .and whe. I went upstairs they were telling ne sorry but don't about and nothing can be done.the most pathetic customer care lady was there who was telling me not to shout and not to be upset.they think people are free. That lady had some attitude.please don't do vaccination booking over there they are trying to make you a fool.they don't value your time and worst was whe I tried to reschedule it it said I can't reschedule it as it's running slot which running slot that was already denied by so called star people pls...
Read moreLast week me and my dr wife went there to get test of echo and HOLTER . Firstly she has gone through echo test it’s was ok . But we have gone through horrific experience with HOLTER . After wearing HOLTER machine for 24 hr we went there to get it removed we reached half an hour before completion time tech told us it will going to remove exact time with it placed we waited over there gone to tech on exact time he told us to wait till female tech to come but we waited for more than half an hour but no one came then my told tech she will remove by herself & she gotten remove .
They told us to get report on next day evening but we gone there to get report on second day . Tech team told us that report is not ready because HOLTER machine is taken only reading of 5hrs.
It’s was very terrific experience I have some question with team :
Why they have not informed us on call that reading was not taken properly.
Is there any protocol to check machine before Placing on any patient
You have to understand mental pressure after placing machine on any one ie how much precaution they have to take.
And most important thing I forget to mentioned that after removing my wife got rash on her body after removal of machine.
This is my feedback to team to improve there HOLTER machine protocol .

Read moreI had to change my rating from 5 to 1 star in just one month ..such a bad experience . Management need to re-think about the token system specially in ultrasound department . No proper management ..please hire some specialist management expert who can manage your token system so that you know how to track .
First there is no advance booking on call which is highly disappointed
And then people has to visit at 6 pm to take token and then your doctor will visit at 9-9:30 that ultimately create 2 visit in the same day
And you call all people at 9:30 irrespective of token and time slot are not given . Atleast average time should be communicated and you should respect everyone time
People of 50 token number are also sitting leading to unnecessary anxiety amoung people

Worst experience , worst management Request management to keep an eye and get it resolved otherwise path labs business is also growing at...
