Gandhi Cycles — Local services in Delhi

Today, I visited store to purchase a bicycle, and while I did end up buying one, I was quite disappointed with the behavior of your staff. Their attitude was unexpectedly rude and unprofessional.

Additionally, I was informed that customers receive a gift with their bicycle purchase. However, when I politely inquired about it, your staff outright denied it. This led me to feel that gifts and treatment are being selectively offered based on appearance or personal bias, which is highly unfair and disappointing.

I would advise future customers to research online and consider alternative options before making a purchase here. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through the unpleasant experience...

Owner behaviour is not good.He just try to mint money customer any how and not concerned with providing services. Pls avoid buying from here. Rather go for Jhandewalan Cycle market, they are far better in terms of prices and services than Gandhi Cycle. Kapil Gandhi is very ride to hus customers. Even one lady was also arguing for not serving her as per commitment and he was keep asking for charges just to keep bicycle for 1 week and even he has not repaired it. Charges were just to keep bicycle...

Gandhi cycles is an excellent place for anyone looking for quality bicycles and honest services. The staff are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about cycling . They helped me for buying me the perfect bike for my needs. And their prices are quite reasonable for the quality. What really stands out is their after sales services- quick repairs , maintenance tips and a friendly attitude every time you visit.
