Sehyog alpahar — Restaurant in Delhi

I'm from burger King near their restaurant,I went their restaurant with our family ,the sitting was Full & wating of 15 mintues so we thought to try their pani puri outside the restaurant it was their counter too , their was a staff on gate who tell everyone for wait 15 min have very rude behaviour because when i ask for token for pani puri he told me to get tokens from counter in the restaurant and the counter person told me to pay on the Direct to pani puri counter I again ask with the staff on the gate why they give me the wrong information they started blamed me that I ask for wrong thing not for pani puri that's why I give the 4 star for service. Coming to the food pani puri was good 5/5 later after sitting we order 2 masala dosa order was come in 10 minute fast service,dosa was well prepared and hot & fresh we order 2 pepsi also it's was ok ok they Just need to add some ice in to this ,the person who serving the food to us giving good service he as for need extra sambhar 2 times and give water & tissue paper as well over-all experience 4.5/5 rating,Mark's deduction just because of staff...

I went Yesterday, For dinner purpose. In this restrudent their is a option for AC but they didn't On. There are a lot of customer already sitting their they all are sweating badly(which is a bad for us & our health as well). I also informed to the cashier person or head of this resturdent. He replied very badly. Even he deny our words. He try to makes his word top of our words. I request you to don't go there if you spend money for comfortable zone food. They only have a big attitude. If the main person is showing an attitude so we can't feel comfortable in any situation. I requested to the authority person. Who take this matter seriously. Whenever I wanted dosas in my childhood, Sehyog Alpahar was the place. I remember the last time when I visited as a mischievous child I spilled the water on every dosa on my table, we were four sitting with 3 dosas! The most rememberable thing is the pepsi machine that they have placed at the entry and everytime I passed them, I have one!

Again after a long time, I have visited them a few days ago, it has grown since then. I had a masala dosa and few more south indian delicacies, idli, vadas and uttapam.
