So this is one of the renowned dhaba for vegetarians in west Delhi. I don't think there's anyone who is unaware about this place!
So let me describe this place in details with a few pros and cons. PROs- Vegetarians friendly. Good for people who love chaap and chaap rolls. Has a wide menu which includes snacks (Italian, chinese, south Indian etc.) and main course too. Beverages are also served including lassi, chaach, mojito etc.
CONs- The place is always so so crowded that one has to wait for so long to get items packed or have it there. Prices of the items are so high specially if you order food via swiggy. And I'm sure you'll get better options to eat from than kwality at less than the price you pay here. Last but the most significant point is that they put so much oil in your food (specially in sabzees like paneer, pindi chane etc) Oil legit floats on the dish that if you separate it, you can collect like half a katori of it. Which is not healthy if you consider health-wise. And they even put hell lot of spices and chillies. Like they get overboard with masale.
So next time if you want to order from kwality, do read my honest review of that place once so you don't need to regret later....
Read moreTL;DR - It's a good place for family dining if you like the taste. The service, ambience, quality, cleanliness, everything is good.!
So, we visited there on friday so, the entire area was very lively. They fortunately had seating available but there could be some waiting time on busy days.
The ambience is nice. Cleanliness and everything is well maintained. Lots of servers to manage everything smooth like clockwork.
The food is good. But, i found it a little monotonous. It's somewhat like those places which use the same base for almost all the dishes. There are many varieties and there is something good for everyone.
We ordered a chaap roll, honey chilli potatoes and a platter. The roll was good and quite filling. The platter is also filling but seems monotonous as mentioned above. Honey chilli potatoes were a "meh". Would not recommended ordering that. The quality was top notch but just not the right taste.
All in all.. a good family place if you like...
Read morePeople sitting on reception has no Etiquettes to deal with customer. They behave like as if the customers are their slaves and they have to accept what they are offering. I just asked for extra onions but they refused saying "itne mein itna hi hai". Dude I have purchased food for 7 people 21 rotis and 2 dal makhani worth Rs. 750 and they offered 10 onion pieces (sirke wala). Even I offered to give them price for extra onions but in reply asked me an inappropriate amount of Rs. 50 for just 10 onions extra ( same amount of packet). I asked them to provide me the bill for these onion, they say "iska koi bill nhi hota" and behaved very badly. I would suggest people to think before going to this place. Today it is me tomorrow you can be. Better to visit any good restaurant having better etiquettes to behave...
