A convenient place to shop for household daily needs but very chaotic. It seems the staff is not trained though they seem to have excess staff. The passages are blocked by the staffs' trolleys and plastic 'patras' where they are arranging goods. After they have finished they don't even bother to put the trolley and 'patra' in place. Even when they see a customer approaching with a trolley they don't budge. They are not customer friendly and neither are happy to answer any query. You'll find many of them standing in groups chatting or talking on their phones or watching videos on their phones. Today we were the only ones at the payment counter but had to wait fir more than 5 minutes because the lady was busy talking to a few other employees. Only when we intervened did she start billing. The trolleys are damaged and you need a special skill to move them around as there's no maintenance. Threads, plastic bags, etc are entwined around their wheels and many trolleys have broken wheels. These are my constant observations during the last four trips and today brought them to the notice of Mr Nitin who is the manager. Hope he takes some remedial steps to improve upon the said issues. Even the guard at the main gate is standing there without checking a few youngsters on mobiles who were zooming in and out.
