I had a Birthday party on 9th Mar. The booking was for 10 cards for 10 kids with food combo. At the end of party they charged for 12 cards saying you have taken 12 cards, though we had only 9 kids present in party. After party I have returned 10 cards to them but they charged me for 12 cards Rs 3k. My coordinator was Mr. Rajan who was supportive and tried to convinced but the guy and one girl on reception were continuously lying and supported. They are just open and started doing cheating. I had a disappointing experience at the Trampoline section of Masti Zone Dwarka Sec13. The lady staff did not treat all parents equally. Some parents were allowed inside with their children, while others — including me — were strictly denied entry without any valid reason.

This kind of inconsistent and unfair behavior is unacceptable. If there's a rule, it should be applied to everyone equally, not selectively. The attitude of the staff was unhelpful, and it clearly seemed like they were biased or poorly trained.
