Central Bus Station Vadodara — Local services in Gujarat

Good things -

1. Its connected with many big places like Ahemdabad , bharuch, godhra, surat etc so you will get the frequent buses for all the connected places. 2)The good amount of area is available for a bus station, enough place for parking of buses and India's very first super quality bus station which is making this bus station a vry first one and looks like you are walking on the airport like feeling.
2. Its located in the main city and near to the Railway Station so its good for traveler so that they can easily get the bus services for the remote place where train is not available.
3. Bus station is very neat and clean and staff of the cleaning arw frequent doing the work of cleaning which is clearly visible by any one if you stya for 15-20 minites.
4. The Bus station it self has the good amount of entertainment feature like movie theater, shopping, food plaza and now hotel for stay is also started so you will get all the facility under the one roof.
5. Now under the smart city process many of the unwanted structure around the bus station are demolished so now we can clearly see the bus station from the Railway Station and currently renovation is going on for that so soon it will be more nice and elegant look coming for the new and improved Vadodara bus station.
6. Many of the people from other cities are just came to see the Vadodara's bus station so being a barodian it's proud moment for any barodian that such type of bus station is available in vadodara.
7. On festival food carnival and fun activities are also conducted to celebrate the festival.
8. If any passenger who have to spent 4-6 hours in waiting so here he will be never be bored because lots of activities are itself available in the ved transcube plaza.

There are many more good things which i can't explain so just go and visit.

Improvement need -

1. When this bus station was open there were very strict rule regarding the smoking and dirtiness but now days they become more. liberals so pleaee make them strictly followed so it will make this bua...

On 24 sept I want to travel by gsrtc volvo bus from Vadodara Central Bus stand to Nehru Nagar Ahmedabad, absolutely non sense going out at ticket counter, the lady at ticket counter is not interested to give tickets to passenger, she was seeting on counter branch telling some other person will come for issuing tickets, she is giving wrong information that you will get tickets in bus, she literally harassed myself & remaining passengers for about 45 mins, after lots of arguments given tickets of 1:15 Volvo bus by same lady. What is senior officer & mangers doing at bus depot i don't know. Very shameful act & second hike of shamefulness is driver after arrival of Bus locked main get & having lunch in bus AC, all the passengers waiting outside even after taking AC bus ticket. Is anyone top authority interested to Stop this harrasment. of passenger . Very bad experience traveling by Volvo bus, enjoying on...

It is a new building, seems like was built in past 5 to 8 years. Entire public structure is not well planned for the masses. There is no sense of arrival and departure. There is state of chaos everywhere. There no signboards for taking commuters from one point to another one. Public toilet/ restroom facilities sucks. They are terrible. There no clear indication of reception area or help desk... Public announcement system has no meaning as you are not going to understand what they are shouting....!

There is a water leakage everywhere. In rainy season floor in busy corridor are super wet and full of filth. Stainless steel benches are so dirty that its is not possible to use. In addition, people are spitting Gutkha everywhere....! That is super annoying.....!

Whoever has commissioned and design this building did a terrible job. Planning, architecture and details are terrible. Construction work is...
