Amaya - The Fern Residency Vadodara — Restaurant in Gujarat

Service was bad and unsatisfactory ... If you ar coming as a visitor from a tier one city or any city with good nightlife like I came from Mumbai, than don't get fooled by the 5star reviews as locals might have given good ratings, because they might not seen the outside world. I had a train to catch at 11.30pm and so i decided to stay here for buffet till 10pm as this was nearby railway station but it went wrong do read full review.

Food was okaish, chicken was raw and hard and if you opt non veg the service will be so fast that before you finish the previous dish the next dish will arrive (As for nonveg they will serve and veg is a la carte). They allowed me entry at 7pm where the buffet time start at 7.30pm so I was quiet happy with that but than I realised that it was done so that i finish fast and leave. Without me asking them to get main course I was served chicken gravy and roti and after having that immediately I was asked to pay for bill. Although I tried to stay back as I had to wait so after having main course I asked for paneer tikka and they said "oh main course ke baad starter repeat" and they gave me 2 piece paneer and i told them that if this is the qty than you will have to get 3-4 more plates so immediately the waiter got more 15pieces of paneer(more than what can be served in the plate) which displayed his inner anger on me.

Horrible experience.

Because they are charging 685 doesn't mean they can provide so bad...

Amazing restaurant lying at the lobby level restaurant of The Fern Residency Vadodara.

The location maybe a little difficult to locate however it lies to extreme close proximity to the station and the PVR mall on the side.

It's a restaurant with a very classy and chic ambience. The restaurant also serves an amazing lavish buffet at very affordable rates.

I stay in the hotel for 3 days. Dined here everyday for breakfast. To find such amazing lavish breakfast spread was wonderful and made my stay more amazing.

I also had lunch and dinner here on alacarte basis. Guys you must order for their KADHI. I have never ever had such amazing silky Kashi in my entire life. So much so that we wanted to meet the chef however he was not available as we were dining late. Thank you Vijay for your amazing hospitality and your everlasting smile while you served us.

Their Dal khiccdi with their super amazing thick masala chaas is a treat.

I would also recommend their paneer lababdr which I had for lunch. Nice medium spice not heavy on spices and good to go for an amazing lunch.

Over all amazing experience great food. Perfect place for a breakfast and amazing meal.

Recently we visited Amaya -The fern residency for the food festival of states on the streets..

The main attraction is that they have Buy one and get one offer on the buffet menu.. We tried soup to dessert food dishes and everything was just perfectly made.. Reshmi Kabab was my favorite starter.. you can also enjoy Rajasthan's famous dish Dal bati which is purely made In ghee and the taste is also authentic..

The ambiance is also wonderful and peaceful so you can enjoy quality time with your loved one..

The service is also up to the mark and staff behavior is also very good..

We tried their soup, three types of starters , Panipuri, live Jhalmuri, Dal bati, Mawa bati, Salads, Punjabi dishes, Chinese dishes, Biryani, Phirni, Ice cream, chocolate pastry etc..
