I ordered paneer tikka thali but it did not have paneer. One vegetable was stinking badly, I am sure that vegetable was not cooked today. And they said we give butter but I got plain roti. It tasted so bad, I threw it away.

This is how they are cheating. If I am paying for that food then please give it good taste and do not feed me old vegetables. If the same food is given to you then you will also throw it away.

Food is obtained with great effort, some people do not even get two meals a day, I threw it away out of helplessness, if I had eaten it, I might have fallen ill

Never order food online either in Train through Zoop or any other platforms. They are cheater...take full payment for given item, but you don't get it same. Charging heavily for a penny food quantity delivered. No spoon given with dalkhichdi, no straw with juice or milkshake. What's this? How's to have food. Grilled sandwich was not grilled. Stuff inside is of no use. Juice packing is such that no one can easily open it n then you spoil it. Never never order from this cheat agency or Zoop platform who don't take action against such food suppliers. I m empty stomach inspite of ordering...
