Jaysiyaram Pendawala — Local services in Gujarat

I am customer of jay siyaram paldi vala,Opp. jalaram temple since 20 year.They have all items in stock but denied us for all items.Staff is also accepted and i confirmed that all items in stock but in morning we will start.Requested lot as i travel 20 km to take order for rakshabandhan and will visit towards gandhinagar but the staff very rude and have bad manners denied us. For every business customer is god but they are behave like they do not care for customer as they know there quality is some what good to satisfy customer.I was visited one day before at there shop to buy penda they know me but still not provide me any of the stock requested again. Time when i went from shop feeling bad. Very very bad experience. Since.....Will change upto till........era start....Due to poor...

I have given 1 star just because of the rude behavior of the cashier. I told him that my taxi is waiting and please hurry up, he replied, he can do nothing and I should wait and threw the change on the table. We are very old customers since 1978 when we came to ahmedabad. The earlier Manager was a nice person, but this one doesn't know how to deal with customers. This is the second time I faced this type of behavior from him. If he is going to behave that way then the shop will lose the customers. There are other rajkot pedawalas too...

Undoubtedly, Pendas are the best in the world. But the staff of Ahmd branch is so unprofessional. Don't ever trust them. Once I called them and asked dat I'm 30 KMs away from ur shop so just wanted to check that do u have Pendas available now and will be available till I come there to buy it? They assure me that it will be surely available so asked me to come anytime. When I reached there, Pendas were not available. They also denied to accept that they had asked me to come and collect.
