MARSHALL THE GRAND HOTEL — Hotel in Gujarat

Having visited this hotel before, when it was know as Dev Regency, we expected the same grand stay as we had received it last time. However, when we visited here, we were surprised to see that the hotel was completely changed and so was it's name. We entered the hotel and soon heard some construction sound. After enquiring it was told to us that the hotel is under renovation and rooms on 1st and 2nd floor were closed. They told us to book room or suit on 3rd or 4th floor. We decided to check rooms and suit and book after having a look. The room was very small and painting was falling from the ceiling. The suit was very nice and spacious(although paint was falling from wall). The bathroom was as spacious as a room. Only the mirror in the room was completely dirty. Good hotel, good for the deal I got. Good location, near Paldi Cross Roads. 1st time of all my stays an OYO hotel was good. There was Internet issue which they were working on, but as a guest I was not able to get internet for my complete stay.||||Checkin - Smooth||Room - Good and Clean, cleanliness can be improved||Slippers provided||Bathroom - Ok and big, need more cleanliness.||Tea and Coffee - No kettle or complimentary Tea & Coffee||Wifi - Did not work for me. BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT.||Room AC - Good||TV & Dish - TV was small not even 32 inches. But the Disk connection had HD channels available which was more than expected.||Breakfast - Good, at dining hall, good variety and unlimited.||Staff - Courteous||Checkout - Smooth||||Worth for the deal I got.
