A Flavorful Experience at Choice Snack Bar
I recently visited Choice Snack Bar, and I must say, it turned out to be a delightful culinary experience. From vibrant street-style flavors to comforting beverages, everything I ordered hit the right notes.
I started with the Pav Bhaji, and it was absolutely delicious. The bhaji was rich, buttery, and perfectly spiced, bursting with authentic Mumbai-style flavors. The pav was soft, toasted just right with ample butter, and complemented the bhaji beautifully. Every bite was comforting and satisfying.
Next up was the Tawa Pulao—a true street food gem. It had that signature smoky tawa aroma and was packed with flavor. The rice was perfectly cooked, and the blend of vegetables with the spicy masala gave it a bold and enjoyable kick.
I also tried the Manchurian Fried Rice, which turned out to be a pleasant Indo-Chinese surprise. The Manchurian balls were crispy on the outside, soft inside, and coated with a flavorful, slightly tangy sauce that paired well with the fried rice. The rice had a nice wok-tossed texture with just the right balance of soy, garlic, and veggies.
To wash it all down, I ordered their Cold Coffee, which was smooth, creamy, and chilled to perfection. It had just the right amount of sweetness and was a refreshing end to the meal.
Overall, Choice Snack Bar offers a great mix of Indian street food and Indo-Chinese dishes in a casual, friendly setting. The service was quick, the portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy hearty vegetarian snacks and meals that truly satisfy...

Read moreOne of the prominent names in Ahmedabad, Choice has not got a great makeover. The restaurant has been renovated and redesigned to cater to all age groups. The new interiors are highly attractive and give a pleasant feel to the place. The food as usual is fresh and tasty. We tried out Jain Pau Bhaji, Paneer Chilly, Double Cheese Pizza, Sev Puri, Panini and Chocolate Shake. All items were cooked to perfection. Just like the restaurant, the staff is also here since decades and take huge pride in serving their customers. Surely one of the hidden gems of A' town that one should...
