Pizza Hut | MGF Metropoliton Mall, Gurgaon — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I had a terrible experience at this Pizza Hut outlet. We placed an order online through the official app and went to dine in. However, when we tried to sit and eat, a waiter came and snatched the pizza from us and rudely told us to go outside and eat. This behavior was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced anything like this at any restaurant. If dine-in wasn’t allowed for online orders, they could have informed us politely instead of humiliating us in front of others. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I will think twice before visiting this outlet again. Disappointing Experience at Pizza Hut, MG Road Gurgaon

I had one of the worst experiences at this Pizza Hut outlet. The place was severely understaffed — there was hardly anyone around to attend to customers. Despite waiting for quite some time, no one came to take our order or even acknowledge our presence. It felt like customer service was completely missing.

There was no one to listen to or address our concerns, and the overall management seemed totally disorganized. A brand like Pizza Hut should maintain a certain standard, but this outlet clearly failed to meet even basic expectations.

I had a very bad experience at this Pizza Hut outlet. First, we were told to place our order online. But later, they said that if we ordered online, we couldn’t eat inside the restaurant. This was not mentioned anywhere earlier.

Even worse, the waiter snatched our pizza from us very rudely and told us to get out. The behavior was completely unacceptable and disrespectful.

To make things worse, the manager, Anupama Tiwari, even tried to physically assault the customer. This kind of behavior is shocking and absolutely unprofessional.
