I am writing to recommend Clark's Inn Gurgaon to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I recently stayed at your hotel and was impressed by the quality of your staff, facilities, and food.

Your staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Staff like Ajay, Naveen, Deepanshu, Ankit Pathak, and Pushpa were so friendly and amazing. They went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed and were always available to answer any questions that I had.

loved the location of this hotel. It was right in the heart of downtown Gurgaon, within walking distance to many museums, parks, and landmarks. The metro station was just around the corner, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel was also close to the highway, so we could easily drive to other attractions in the region.

Your facilities were also top-notch. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the amenities were excellent. I especially enjoyed the Spa and fitness center.

Finally, your food was delicious. The restaurant had a great selection of dishes, and everything that I tried was fresh and flavorful.

It was my worst hotel stay ever. I never write a bad review, but I am making my 1st ever exception for this hotel. Here are the reasons why: I booked a room with 2 king size beds, as mentioned on the website, but the staff said that the room doesn't exist. The suite that was given to us in lieu of the room we had booked was the only suite, and it had mold everywhere, lighting was depressing, no fridge and leaking washbasin. The hotel cleanliness was abysmal. (There was a RAT at reception!! Yes! a RAT) The reception was not trained or didn't have any power to solve any problem without consultation. One of the managers, Mr. Yadav, was the most rude, unprofessional and ignorant person I have ever met in the service industry( A rat was at the reception in front of him where we were sitting and he was just staring at it, didn't even alert us!) Ridiculous as it may sound, you are not allowed to order food from outside!

I really hope Mr. Yadav is reprimanded and trained in basic standards of this industry at the least.
