3 Storey - Cafe, Lounge & Restaurant with Rooftop — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I planned a couple trips on an special occasion to enjoy the evening and have quality dinner but it was a bad day instead. So, I choose to dine in at 3 Storey rooftop. However, it turned out to be a blunder. There was no service for about 45 minutes then waiter took the order and served about again after 45 minutes. It took one and a half hour to get the food. Even after that, there was scarcity of waiters and care taker. Some couples left without having any dinner as they couldn't find anyone to listen to them.. And one couple just left without paying for his dinner taking advantage of the chaos in the restaurant. Then, when I asked the reason of such worst service, one of the waiter told me that the there is a party in lower floor so, staff is busy in serving them. One more point of concern is that, the staff was not even a bit professional. It was like dhaba boys, language and behaviour was not good. Have given three stars just so that I don't come acrosa as harsh! Visited on Tuesday evening so I can't be sure how rest of the days are... But the ambience, service and food were not to a standard you woudl expect in a cafe in Gurgaon in today's day and age.

Cons - The entry is through the super market at the ground level which is not presentable at all and if you are inviting guests etc. It si a very bad first impression.

The restaurant is on the second floor and the elevator was not working and it felt like it has been like that for sometime now, so careful if you are bringing oldies along.

The restaurant was understaffed

Most of the items were not available..basic items like potato or bread based items were not available and this after the restaurant owning the supermarket on the ground floor which is open 24 hours. So it did not make sense at all. Only paneer and dal were available.

Pros- whatever was available was decent.

Not a single rupee worth shakes ...Pizza not that good ..pasta was quite good..Dinner is the thing if one's wants to go for..They have good taste in their main course..But I will not suggest for shakes and pizza.. Also guys if you considering 3storey grocery then just Don't go for it..They will just waste your time.. I order at 5pm and they didn't deliver ordered whole day and say they will deliver tomorrow morning and its 5pm of next day and I haven't received my order..staff is worst they never pick call no alternate number no service.. worst experience ever you get from an store and it happened with me twice and from second time I stop ordering from this store.. moreover prices are fixed at MPR means not an single rupee of discount you can expect. Better go to any other store save your money...
