The service at A.S. Rao Nagar branch is pathetic. More than the quality of the food it depends on how you receive, address or show respect to your customers. It was my worst experience, don't want to take a 2nd chance. -- Went to order cake. Told the staff clearly that I wanted a 2kg cake and told the model as well. -- He proceeded by showing me the cake model as I wanted, on the computer. -- Liked one of the cake models & instantly he told this can be done only in 4kgs. That was very abrupt and rude. -- Was telling me about the cake using all kinda confectionery jargons. -- So I told him ONCE AGAIN - show me a cake which you have. -- He told...thumara choice hai, mera choice alag hai... -- okay, so I ignored coz he was out of his mind. -- just for THE name(Karachi) I took a pastry n tasted it....guess what...the cake was dry with no taste. Then I lost it. Told the fella thank you for all your hospitality you can close Ur computer now and rest. Wanted to write more about the conversation that I had with the staff but I feel it's useless.

'Karachi Bakery Management' it's better to maintain one single branch and run your business rather than spreading your branches and spoiling the name which I duely respect. I know my comments won't matter but I have mentioned what I had to. Hyderabad = Karachi bakery...
