KFC — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Went there yesterday in the evening. The staff out there is quite off. instance, we placed the order. the billing staff didn't ask for my number where we are supposed to receive our order details. Coming to the food, who sells burgers which are cold and dry. Hint: this place does. So I'd advice you guys to not order that off the menu. coming to the fries. the fries weren't great. Some of them were burnt and some ended being green. The tissues weren't provided. we had to manually go pick it up. coming to the drinks. Boy. I wish someone taught them what a Mojito was. It isn't just sweet Sprite with mint leaves and dried up lemons in it. taste wise. It sucked. Honestly, we didn't finish our complete meals either because the meal was horrible. Dry, cold, no taste, not being able to do the work efficiently are just some things which could be observed in this particulal joint. Trust me there are branches of KFC in Karkhana which provides a incredible service with great quality of food. Idk what was wrong with place. I'd advice you to not visit this place. Unless you like Cold, Dry and green burnt fries. Oh I forgot to add up a point when the billing staff was giving me the change. The paper bills which she offered me were taped ones and ones which were coated with dirt or black colour no idea what that was. KFC if you do read this make sure you do something about...

Well, I do love KFC, but this restaurant and a couple more have disappointed me. I used to live in Punjab and the KFC there was actually 'Finger licking good'. Here, sadly the same cannot be said. The service here isn't that bad and is the norm, but the food service isn't at all what I was used to back in Punjab. You would expect from this big and Metro city that the food will be undoubtedly delicious. But I'm not sure why but I'm never satisfied. The flavors are bland the chicken is almost if not always dried up and not at all juicy. Sometimes I get those masala filled pop-corn chickens but most of the time it's the same old boring bland chicken. We have complained many times about this but it does not seem to improve. The last I ordered was probably 2 weeks ago? And till that point I didn't enjoy it. Would recommend something else than this or maybe it has gotten better by this point. Talked a lot about taste didn't I? Well other than that this joint is hygienic and space for parking isn't the worst all though sometimes you might have trouble finding space. Moreover, it is quite close to almost all my friends and relatives and is located in a somewhat convenient place. It takes about 15-20 min to reach there from my place. KFC is very Famous all over the world and has many branches in every city, one of its branch is at AS Rao Nagar, Secunderabad. This KFC is not so big unlike other KFCs. They have very few sitting arrangements maybe due to COVID. The staff members are good,courteous and knowledgeable,they even did our thermal screening which Domino's Pizza did not do which is also there in the same building. We ordered 4 CLASSIC ZINGER BOX which was Rs 230 per box and our total was around Rs 1000 I thought they will offer us some discount on it which they did not. The zinger box had 1 burger, french fries, 2 chicken wings, pepsi,and one small round shape potato something. The French fries were tasteless and me and my friends felt that it was cooked a day earlier or so and they served us that,it was not at all hot. .. earlier they used to give 5 in 1 box which used to have same thing but instead of that potato thing they used to give us a small chocolate packet cake. Whatever they served us was not at all hot. The burger had only chicken pieces in it and one cabbage leaf nothing else not even mayo or cheese. This KFC did not give me a good experience.
