I recently visited Satnam Honda Service Center for the regular maintenance of my Honda Activa 6G 125CC. In the end, I received my Activa with a brand new button, complete with glass. This positive outcome was a testament to the exceptional service recovery provided by CRM ma'am and the team at Satnam Honda. While the initial hiccup was disappointing, their dedication to customer satisfaction has left me with a positive impression. I appreciate the swift action and commitment to resolving customer concerns, turning a potentially negative experience into a positive one. Kudos to CRM ma'am and the Satnam Honda Service Center team for their customer-centric approach. --------------- 2nd Time Now After 1 year, I recently submitted my bike for repair at Satnam Honda after a minor accident. I provided all the necessary repair parts based on the image provided, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. They lost some of my accessories during the repair process, which I had handed over when submitting the bike. This is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary frustration. I expected better care and responsibility from their service team. I hope they improve their handling of customers' property in the future.

Fraudulent Behavior at Satnam Honda Showroom, Jaipur – A Serious Breach of Trust I recently visited Satnam Honda Showroom – one of the most well-known and reputed Honda dealerships in Jaipur – to purchase a brand-new Activa on EMI. All the paperwork and formalities were completed, and I was just about to make the down payment when two agents from IDFC (named Balveer and Pushpendra) approached me. They insisted that multiple OTPs would be received on my phone and asked me to hand it over, saying, “Just face the phone toward our side.” They repeated this 4–5 times. I felt uncomfortable but was alone, so I placed my phone on the table. They immediately picked it up. Since I had a privacy screen, I assumed they couldn’t read anything clearly, but I kept a close watch on them. To my shock, I later discovered that they had deleted OTPs from my phone and had carried out eMandates (ECG) on multiple bank accounts linked to my number — all without my knowledge or consent. This is not only highly unethical but also amounts to clear fraud. As a developer, if I can be tricked like this even after being cautious, what about common people who may not be as tech-aware? This incident has shaken my trust in the dealership. I never expected such unauthorized activity to happen inside a top-tier showroom like Satnam Honda. I strongly urge the management of Honda and IDFC Bank to investigate this matter seriously and take immediate action against such agents. Customer safety, privacy, and consent must be prioritized. No one should go through what I experienced.

Extremely Poor Service! I am very disappointed with the service I received at this Satnam Honda service center Tonk road jaipur . The staff(Hadman ji) was unprofessional, careless, and completely indifferent to customer concerns and talking with very bad language. I waited for hours without any proper updates or explanation and visited for 4 days for same problem. Even after repeated follow-ups, the issue with my vehicle was not resolved on time, and the quality of work was extremely substandard. They are also adding irrelevant charges which were not needed for the vehicle. I call the complaint number of the service center which were written there only but they didn't pick the call its terrible. It’s frustrating to see such negligence from a reputed brand like Honda. I expected much better service, but this experience has been nothing but stressful and disappointing. I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting this center. Honda should seriously review the way this service center operates and take corrective action to ensure customers are treated with respect and their vehicles are handled responsibly. #hondaservice

Worst Experiance ever. The staff behavior is so rude then don't even listen the problem and said we are the doctors we know how to check and what to do. Update the false information to the customers hold vehicle for more than 4-5 days as parts are not avilable. When i said I don't want to service my vehicle as you taking so much time than they said that we have opened the vehicle and if you want back you have to pay charges for the inspection fees Rs 400. Than I visited the showroom and found that they don't even touch the vehicle. As I got stuck so I said that give my vehicle on Monday as promised by you. But nobody call me so I called them they said please come before 5.30 I reached and enquire about the parts bills they failed to explain why the part is changed and they have added unnecessary parts. But as I am in hurry I have paid the bill that is Rs 3892. Then I visited to pick my vehicle I asked to give my old parts back to me than I asked again why this part changed than the person has no answer. After all such I said just give me the vehicle as I am getting late then he said there is no fuel in vehicle at the time you have given the bike you have to push the vehicle to take it outside. I got really frustrated after listening. There is no reliability and credibility of the authorise service Centre of honda. Such a pathetic experiance.
