I recently visited Satnam Honda Service Center for the regular maintenance of my Honda Activa 6G 125CC. The process began well, with the staff taking pictures of my scooter before the service—an excellent step toward transparency.
However, upon picking up my Activa after the service, I discovered damage to the digital meter button. When I reported this to the service person who handled my vehicle, there was initially a disagreement. He claimed the damage occurred before they received the scooter and was hesitant to take responsibility.
Frustrated with the situation, I reached out to CRM Madhu ma'am to explain the issue. To my relief, she not only listened attentively but also assured me that the damaged button would be replaced. Her commitment to resolving the matter was truly commendable.
In the end, I received my Activa with a brand new button, complete with glass. This positive outcome was a testament to the exceptional service recovery provided by CRM ma'am and the team at Satnam Honda. While the initial hiccup was disappointing, their dedication to customer satisfaction has left me with a positive impression.

I recently visited Satnam Honda Showroom – one of the most well-known and reputed Honda dealerships in Jaipur – to purchase a brand-new Activa on EMI. All the paperwork and formalities were completed, and I was just about to make the down payment when two agents from IDFC (named Balveer and Pushpendra) approached me.
They insisted that multiple OTPs would be received on my phone and asked me to hand it over, saying, “Just face the phone toward our side.” They repeated this 4–5 times. I felt uncomfortable but was alone, so I placed my phone on the table. They immediately picked it up. Since I had a privacy screen, I assumed they couldn’t read anything clearly, but I kept a close watch on them.
To my shock, I later discovered that they had deleted OTPs from my phone and had carried out eMandates (ECG) on multiple bank accounts linked to my number — all without my knowledge or consent. This is not only highly unethical but also amounts to clear fraud.
As a developer, if I can be tricked like this even after being cautious, what about common people who may not be as tech-aware?
This incident has shaken my trust in the dealership. I never expected such unauthorized activity to happen inside a top-tier showroom like Satnam Honda. I strongly urge the management of Honda and IDFC Bank to investigate this matter seriously and take immediate action against such agents.
