Its a INSTA-YOUTUBE hype restaurant, where some youtubers create such hype that we get in their trap to visit many places in Jaipur.
Its Rabri is below average, not at all good.
I would say it is not good in taste and overly over priced for all items. Its a Insta-Youtube hype which makes all peoples from different different states to come here. Not even this restaurant....I visited all the overhyped famous food ventures by Insta-Youtube is a very very big hype and scam. I visited all places and find none are even close to rate a good. I cant mention all big names here, but I would certainly say don't get fall in trap of Big names.
Consult some local peoples they will tell real gems, which are located inside streets, but unfortunately they are not in INsta-Youtube.
Also in all big places, you will find only outsiders, local peoples refuse to even visit there. This is my experience of visiting multiple times in Jaipur and conversation with Local peoples.
Better have conversation with Local peoples, find hidden gems and enjoy taste...
Read moreA Faded Legacy: Mahavir Rabri Bhandar, Tonk Road It was with a sense of nostalgia and anticipation that I revisited Mahavir Rabri Bhandar on Tonk Road, a place renowned for its iconic Bejar ki Roti and Aloo Pyaz Paneer ki Sabzi. However, my recent experience was a stark contrast to the delicious meals I've had in the past. While the restaurant still holds historical significance, the quality of food has noticeably declined. The Bejar ki Roti, once a culinary delight, now felt slightly overcooked and lacked the crispiness that characterized it in the past. The Aloo Pyaz Paneer ki Sabzi, a signature dish, seemed to have lost its authentic flavor profile. It's disheartening to see a once-beloved establishment compromise on its culinary heritage. While the nostalgia associated with the place remains, it's evident that maintaining quality and authenticity is paramount. It's time for Mahavir Rabri Bhandar to prioritize these aspects to ensure its...
Read moreMahaveer Rabri is, of course, legendary for its rabri – and rightly so! The creamy, sweet goodness lives up to the hype. However, what surprised me was the quality of their other offerings. The Olympiad Aloo Pyaz vegetable was absolutely amazing, packed with flavour. And the Lehsun ki Chutney? Simply divine! Now, for a bit of honesty. The food, while delicious, tends to be quite oily. That's something they could definitely improve on. Also, while the staff are incredibly supportive and helpful, the overall cleanliness of the place could use a bit of attention. Despite these minor drawbacks, the taste of the food is undeniable. If you can overlook a bit of oil and a slightly less-than-perfect environment, you're in for a treat. The rabri is a must-try, and don't miss out on the incredible Aloo Pyaz and Lehsun ki Chutney. With a few tweaks, Mahaveer Rabri could easily go from very good to...
