The Urban Hub Co-Working Cafe — Local services in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

An otherwise excellent co-working cafe held hostage by a small time local firm !

The ambience is great, food and beverages are delicious, the staff is polite, connectivity is good, Seems like a perfect combination right ? Unfortunately no !

The big problem: A small time local firm rents 10 seats in this co-working cafe and the firm owner has such a sense of entitlement that he seem to believe he owns the place. Despite being promised as a hot desk arrangement where you can take your favorite available seat when you arrive early, the small firm owner will ask you to vacate the seats that his people prefer. The management plays along with him and they let him break their own rules. Ultimately there are only 2-3 seats with proper chairs left for the rest of us right next to the entrance.

Advice to the management: Do not break your own rules to please a big client at the expense of others. You charge us equal if now higher rent. Either make your client understand rules, or just rent the entire cafe to him and be done with it and spare us the daily hassle.

'urban hub' is located near nagar nigam jaipur! it has very easy to reach location. and it is also very nicely build cafe and i highly 'recommend' this place to visit! as its food is just awesome and very tasty. and the service is also super quick.! the ambience is also good. my rating for the ambience is 4.5/5⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating for the food is 5/5⭐⭐⭐⭐ and the rating for the service is also 5/5⭐⭐⭐⭐

The first impression was good as the place looks decent in terms of open space, lighting, seating arrangement and a sufficient built up area. The staff was decent and helpful in attending us. The only flaw that I could pick was the food quality as it wasn't that outstanding if I compare it with its 'costing' and the ambience of the place.
