Chablon — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Yesterday, I ordered a customised cake, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The person I interacted with regarding the cake and its intricate details was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. First, I shared every single details, she didn’t listen properly, she continuously asking for advance payment and her attitude was like “aree mam aap payment toh kro tabhi cake waisa hi bnega“ I was like please dear listen properly because this cake is so important to me and she was like “maine sunn liya ho jeaga” without listening properly.

After numerous attempts, I managed to convince her to make some changes to the cake since she had already delayed the process significantly. Despite my specific request not to include any writing on the cake (due to a poor experience with her handwriting last year), she went ahead and wrote on it without seeking my permission. I messed her that why she’s wrote on a label without my permission she was like “aap dusri side se use kr lena” that was unacceptable.

When I confronted her about why she disregarded my instructions, her response was shocking. She said, “Aap khud itna confused ho, aap bol dete ho phir aapko kuch yaad nahi rahata”—essentially blaming me for her mistake. This was both rude and highly unprofessional.

To make matters worse, when I requested to speak with her over a call to resolve the issue, she blocked my number after receiving the payment. Such behaviour is unacceptable and reflects poorly on customer service standards. Cake is also not upto the standard, quality was unacceptable too. We just waste our money and definitely not gonna recommend anyone to order this low quality bakery.

I was really disappointed with my recent experience at chaboon .I placed an order for a custom made cake and clearly communicated my specifications, but unfortunately, they completely misbehaved and did the opposite of what was requested. Not only did they make changes to the product without asking for permission, but when I pointed out the issues, I was met with a lack of courtesy. And to my concern the owner blocked my contact after taking money which is highly unprofessional on there part

I expected better customer service and attention to detail, especially when it comes to special requests. This experience was frustrating and not up to the standard I had anticipated. I hope they take customer feedback seriously...

On the very first time i gotta call from chablon that someone has sent u surprise cake and that would be delivered within half n hour and it took almost two hours and i was eagerly waiting and i got annoyed bcz of the late delivery , but when i got the cake i was so happy bcz of presentation , taste , design.. the edible accessories was so cute on it . Cant discribe that into words . After that i m so much regular to this chablon that every occasion is incomplete without the cake of chablon. Really wanna thanks to miss komal for giving the best of hard work to all the clints . And yes i am attaching few pics of the cakes , hope u all will like and enjoy it.
