Not a great place to watch movie, but not too bad. Seats are not properly cusioned or not wide enough and reclining is poor. Sound quality is not that great, dialogues lacks clarity ( confirmed after watching three movies here )
Canteen items such as frys & icecream are over priced and they don't accept Google Pay. Only cash is accepted. Plus they dont clean the theater after each show. Seats are filled with pop corn dust and other leftovers of eatables.
The worst part is the vehicle parking. They don't have enough parking space and the gap between two show timings is only 15 minutes. Due to this oddly managed show timings to increase the number of shows most of the time the first part of the movie is missed, because only after the vehicles of previous shows exit the next show vehicles are allowed to park.
Most of the time we can see long queues of cars and bikes on either side of the road, which is also a bus route creating 20+ minutes of traffic jams on either side.
This issue can be easily resolved by allowing at least 30 to 40 minutes gaps in between each show timings enabling previous show vehicles to exit the parking space and next show parking can be allowed inside without serious delay and traffic issues. This gap in time can also be used to clean theater after each show
Stupid and idiotic ways to waste the time of others in traffic just to increase show timing and business. Very poor theater experience and not worth spending money on a...
Read moreEdit (Dec 19) Beverages prices catching up. If the multiplexes can, why not the traditional theatres. Edit (Aug 19): Worst audio level ever. Even action movies are just audible and no thrilling with the mediocre-for-a-theatre volume. Online booking finally supported. The theatre upgraded with 4K screen coupled with Dolby Atmos sound from what it used to be a regular 'talkies' cinema hall. Although hardly anything on the outside has significantly changed, the inside has undergone an overhaul. Importantly, ticket rates remained unchanged (update Dec 2019: rates hiked) Seats are now the Cineplex standard, pushback with that cup holder and everything sans a little comfort. The screen has the advertised quality indeed. The audio is excellent but nothing killingly exciting (update Aug19: mediocre audio level). And they also play a Dolby demo before the show and sometimes during the intermission, you know, just in case you didn't believe the bunch of speakers aesthetically fixed on the roof lest the movie you're on didn't have any impressive audio pieces. Repetitive yet better than most boring ads. Sufficient parking for a theatre situated in the dense West Kochi area, situated along the main road. Gold circle is the balcony...
