Unacceptable Experience My recent visit was a disaster. Despite informing the staff multiple times that we were hungry and waiting for our food, our concerns were ignored. Even after waiting for an hour, our food didn't arrive. When we decided to leave due to the long wait, our dine-in order was given away to takeout customers.

The staff's attitude was rude and uncaring, and the ambiance and hygiene were also subpar. The sticky table was a clear indication of the lack of attention to detail.

Given the poor service, long wait times, and disregard for customer needs, I would never recommend this place to anyone. I won't even give it a star, i couldn't post it if no star was awarded. Worst experience...

Absolutely terrible service.

We waited for almost an hour for Al Faham that we never recieved. Even after repeatedly reminding the staff that it was getting late, all we got were fake smiles which was too annoying and the same lazy excuse — “2 minutes” — again and again.

What’s worse? They were busy pushing out takeaway parcels while we were sitting there being ignored — and this was when the place was practically empty. No crowd, no pressure, just pure negligence.

This place has zero respect for dine in coustomers. If you’re planning to eat here, prepare to be frustrated,...

The place is actually freaking nice. Cause the alfham they provide are the best and I love them very well ....My fav is barbeque alfham which has a sweetness but the chicken was well made and the rate was around 140... Which is actually a normal rate nowadays for most alfhams.. yes you can get a full portion for just 450rs but that won't taste as good as the alfhams in here... I would recommend everyone to have a taste and let me know....I respect everyones decision so let's...
