Extremely awful experience with the service. We went to the Purbachal branch, one that is near Croma, during pujas and had misti in the store, when we asked to bill it, they gave us a huge amount. Apparently, we've been to other sweet shops, e.g.; Haldirams, Hindustan Sweets, Gupta Brothers, etc. But Haragouri absolutely disgusted me with customer service and behaviour. Those men, behind the counter kept shouting at us saying they've billed us and we just need to pay, without bothering to give individual prices of the desserts. They even tried to add other customers' prices on our tab, even the one that were paid. Sweets were way overpriced as par taste, but indecency and profanity used by the vendors were erratic, pathetic. I would recommend everyone to get their sweets from other places even if they're your local. They ought to be arrested, very soon. Not deserving of any stars at all, shame on you for calling yourself a respectful...

They also make some good snacks but it's seldom available after 6pm, they make it available by 4pm and it's all sold out in flat 2hours.
