Even one star would be an exaggeration. Very very unprofessional place. Staffs are superbly unprofessional. The general attitude is that they are doing the patients a great favour by providing them the necessary services even though the patients are paying handsomely for the same. The sterilisation protocols are very poor. The waiting area inside is dark and dingy. If you guys have ample time to waste and are looking forward to be hushed away like how it’s done in a government hospital, please do visit this place. Moreover there is no parking. N the doctors think they’re some gods n goddess who are obliging the patients by giving them a shred of time from their busy schedule despite the fact that they’re being paid for it. I consulted Dr Sudipta Mitra and she didn’t even have the basic courtesy to write the diagnosis on my prescription. She just wrote the tests that she wanted me to do. One of the worst experience ever been(-5)From receptionist to nurses to doctors every one'behaviour is worst towards there patients.Three years before DR.SANDIP MITRA eye specialist did operation of my father's left eye and after operation my father was not able to see anything and when I asked doctor SANDIP MITRA about this and he replied - Ei boyesh e aage ei chokh e emnio dekha jachilo na and ekhon eitutuku dekhte parche tatei onek(In english In this old age if he is able to see anything its enough).Today after 3years my Father left eye retina damaged and we are doing again operation of the same eye.I really want to go for higher authority to take action against this hospital.In my suggestion please don't go for any eye check up or any operation in this Please don't follow any paid review.Its my suggestion please don't go in this hospital.They can make...

Dr Sayantan Bhattacharya is one of the most skilled cataract Surgeons in Kolkata let alone Silver line Hospital. I was referred by another senior Doctor from the same hospital to Dr Bhattacharya, because my cataract was complicated and mature .I was worried and very anxious but the surgery was super smooth and would you believe that he didn't even give me any injection prior to surgery.
