Kalpavruksa products are found to be so genuine. Beaung a regular customer, I bought mire than 15 products of Kalpavruksha and each one of thouse are found to be genuine. One product was found damaged 'Mitti cooker' and I informed about the same to the owner and I found a person for exchange within 90 minutes, at my doore with a new product for the replacement of damaged one. That demonstrates the entrepreneur takes responsibility to make its customers more delightful through post retail services.
